Jon Benson has created the 7 minute muscle guide. Well, all of you reading would have surely rolled their eyes as if to say “Not again.” Well, this book surely isn’t one run of the mill lose weight quickly book. The title can be quite misleading, and can lead you to avoid the book. However, the title is quite apt too. This book is a far cry from all other guides of building muscle. Clich as it may sound, we will still say that this book is very different from all other books that you might have read and used. For one this book does not deliver lengthy sermons on how to lose weight. Nor does it tell you seemingly out of this world ways of gaining muscle. This book tells toy certain very simple steps, which is all that is required to gain a muscular body. This book does not tell you how to gain muscle in seven minutes after purchasing it, it gives you different things that you should do for just seven minutes a day and you can then gain great muscle that you’ve already wanted.

The total investment of time it demands is 4 hours per week. It requires you to make a bit of modifications in your eating plan and workout intensely for 7 minutes each day.
In the 7 minute muscle workout program, Jon has discussed 3 distinctive levels of training: one for beginners, second for intermediate level trainees and third one is for the advanced level trainees. There is one more workout plan that is exclusively meant for absolute beginners.
7 minute muscle workout claims to work for all: busy professionals, enthusiastic bodybuilders, upset people who not getting any good results from other workout programs and athletes who need to train their bodies to better play their sport.
As far as the time period is concerned, 7 minute workout program requires you to devote 7 minutes daily , thus you perform workouts regularly to tone your muscles. On the other hand, there are programs like “Muscle Gaining Secrets” that don’t require you to perform any intense workout.
The good thing about this book is that the author is well known and this book is very good for those who can only squeeze in a few minutes a day to exercise. The not so good thing is that you still have to do the exercise the books just gives you methods of building muscles in the shortest time possible
All things considered, 7 minute muscle does look like a good program and if you are someone who is interested in building more muscle mass and you don’t want to spend much time doing it, then I recommend you give this a try. ”
